Requirements

  • Expertise with Server environment, especially Linux and Windows
  • Experience working in the IaaS space is required, preferably VMware hypervisor.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience working in an IT organization
  • Development, maintenance, monitoring, backup, and mirroring
  • Has practical knowledge on web server applications
  • Has knowledge on virtualization environment
  • Has a good knowledge on server technologies
  • Has knowledge on network engineering and equipment (network security, router, switch, etc.) will be an advantage
  • Has a good capability on documentation
  • Has a good troubleshooting and solving skill

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing for Cloud partners/resellers
  • Communicate with partners/resellers
  • Support partners in marketing plan, product promoting, etc.
  • Research & understand Cloud market needs and nature.
  • Partner Programs including : Partner enablement and training, Partner lead registration, Partner inquiry process, Partner program collateral, Management of the partner certification process, Partner marketing interactions, Webinars, events, newsletters, Partner forecasts.
  • Working with the internal sales team to leverage partners.
  • Collaboration with sales acquisition and product management department to provide support in developing business plans, expense budgeting, sales forecast, and marketing plans.
  • Working with VP of Sales to manage and develop competitive strategic marketing plan and trade program for      partners to ensure sales acquisition and account management within specific target.
  • Identifying new business and generating new opportunities through partners.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia, Japanese
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or in Cloud IT Solution sales
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Pusat

Job Description

  • The Biznet GIO Support Center  will provide customer support for Cloud Solution.
  • The GSC will work with an experienced team of Support Engineers & Technical Support personel to expanding and improving the services that support the Company’s Customers Cloud Server.
  • Provides services to customer such as troubleshoot and analyzed cloud server problem
  • System monitoring, to take a proactive action for operational object (Equipment & Circuit)
  • Troubleshooting and isolate acknowledge problem and make a fault recoveries
